Great place for autobody repair. Paint match was great even without blending, work was done even faster than expected, they even found a way to save money from my original estimate. Staff are very helpful and friendly and very responsive through email or phone. I would definitely recommend this place!

Not only did they fulfill all their promises with excellent work, but they also added a nice touch by washing my car before returning it. I was very pleased with the service. They were very helpful and accommodating when we had to postpone the repairs. As well the secretary managed to get us a rental car. We had booked one but when it was time to get it the rental location told us they didn't have any cars available.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and a pleasure to deal with you!

Had our Honda pilot rear end damage repaired at Herbert's south. Absolutely fantastic repair. All the people I dealt with at this location were great, so helpful. Made it easy for me to drop off and pickup the vehicle on a Saturday, afterall who's wants to take a day of work just to drop off and pickup a vehicle. I have had excellent work done by them in the past and although we live 150 km from the facility it was well worth the drive. I wouldn't use anyone else given the choice. Great job Herbers.

Herbers south side edmonton is very good place to fix car. I have very good experience with them recently they fix my acura mdx and job was perfect. With the matter of time they gave me 4 days for job but I received call from them on 3rd day noon that your car is ready. I was so lucky I chose them. Very good customer service as well.

I've used Herber's a few times now. They are fantastic. This most recent visit was no different. I'm so pleased with the work done and the staff are great to deal with.

My service situation was complicated by the the fact that between the time my service date arrived a month or so after making an appointment, my vehicle’s engine seized due to a manufacturer defect a couple of days before my scheduled service date!
All of the repairs to replace the car’s engine took several months. I kept in touch with Jason at your Edmonton South location and he was so understanding and helpful and kept in touch with me and helped me reschedule the work.
When the work was complete and I picked up my vehicle, he and I noticed that the tailgate was difficult for me to raise, so he checked the tailgate apparatus and checked with my insurance company and ordered the needed parts right away. Within a short time the work on my car was completed.
After driving home after the initials work was completed, to my surprise I noticed that my car had been completely and expertly detailed inside and I was so appreciative I let him know right away!!!
Now that is true customer service!!!
All of the other staff I encountered were very friendly and excellent at listening to my questions and concerns and working with me to make my experience a positive one.
They should all be thanked!

In May of this year my car was backed into at a Superstore parking lot. I had various quotes prepared at body shops in the South. I was impressed with how my Repair Planner, Jason, at Herbers went through everything with me when we did the initial review of the damages. So I decided to go with Herbers. I am glad I did! When I got the car back (1 day earlier than projected) it looked better than when the car was new! I highly recommend you stop in and talk to the team here...oh and I don't want to forget the 2 super nice receptionists.100% professional. Two thumbs way up!
